What makes up this breadcrumb? Surprisingly, this breadcrumb only consists of almond flour and coconut flour instead of traditional bread that is high in carbohydrates. Along with the grain free flours, all the spices in this recipe give it an Italian like taste.

Overall, this recipe is quick to mix and healthier to use when you want to have a Paleo, Gluten-Free, or low-calorie meal.

Keep this breadcrumb in an airtight container in the fridge from 2-4 weeks or freeze for longer (about 1 month). Store this gluten-free breadcrumb I place it in a glass mason jar with a pop-up lid.

These types of lids on mason jars are very handy. It prevents the breadcrumb from spilling everywhere and lets me control the use of it.
