You are going to love this gluten-free fried Chicken! This deliesious chicken is made with garlic seasoning ans my gluten-free breadcrumb recipe instead of traditional breadcrumbs.
1cupgluten free breadcrumbs 1/2 cup of almond flour, 1/2 cup of coconut flour, 2 tsp each of: oregano, parsley, rosemary, basil, ! tbsp salt
1cupgluten free flour
2eggs
1 tbspgarlic pasteadd more if needed
9-12pieces chicken
4cupsolive oiladd more if needed
Instructions
Spread garlic paste on theoutside of the chicken and set it aside.
Start heating your fryingpan with oil
Mix the egg up in and bowl
In another bowl mixtogether gluten-free breadcrumb
The 3rd dish should havegluten-free flour.
Dip the chicken in the eggand then the gluten-free flour.
Last dip chicken in thegluten-free breadcrumbs
Add the chicken to a pan ofoil. Flip it halfway through cooking. Keeping cooking and flipping chickenuntil chicken is cooked through reaching a temp of about 165 degreesFahrenheit.
Notes
Be sure to use those that are big enough to fit the chicken when dipping the chicken.
Use 2 forks to help you spread the flour and gluten-free breadcrumbs on the chicken.
