Checkpea Rotini Pasta
Or any type of Rotini you like

Shredded chedder chesse

Milk

Minced garlic

Tomato paste

Oil ( to cook meat)

Salt ( or to taste )
Instructions
Boil your choice of rotini pasta (follow the directions on your box of pasta)
After your pasta is done, strain and set aside for later
In a pot on medium heat place 1 tsp size of oil and cook meat
Cook meat on medium-high for about 6 minutes, (after draining some of the greases out) then add in onion and garlic, cook till onions are translucent
Turn down to medium heat, add in all your spices and tomato paste, stir and let it cook for about 5 minutes, add salt to taste
After meat is fully cooked, toss in your cooked pasta and stir
Add in half of the cheese and milk, then stir to incorporate
Add the rest of the cheese and milk, stir, turn down the heat and simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
