On medium heat, place pecans, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and 1 good pich of salt in a saucepan
Stir all indgredients for about 8 minutes or until there is no more maple syrup liquid in the saucepan
Place pecans on a plate and spread them out so they can dry out for about 3-5 minutes or until maple syrup isn't dripping off them
While pecans are drying, place chocolate chips and coconut oil in a cup into a microwave for about 1 mintue and stir chocolate until fully melted
Spread out candied pecans on parchment paper and use a spoon to drizzle melted chocolate over them. Place in freezer for about 2-5 minutes or until chocolate has set on them. ( make sure they don't freeze)
After candied pecans are out of freezer sprinkle a good pinch of salt over them and enjoy!
Notes
For storage: Place in a jar or bowl in the fridge to keep them intact.
