plain yogurt

Shredded Apple mix

shredded apple

cinnamon

cane sugar
Topping

cup
cane sugar

tbsp
cinnamon

butter (in seperate bowl)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F before mixing your ingredients.
Wash apples, peeling them, coring them, and grating. Add the cinnamon sugar mix to the shredded apples.
Add all your dry ingredients to a large mixing bowl.
Add all your wet ingredients, including your applesauce to your dry ingredients.
Incorporate all ingredients until fully mixed and all your flour is dissolved leaving a smooth batter.
Add shredded apples to muffin batter
Add all your batter into the cupcake pan and bake at 350 F degrees for 25-30 minutes or until the middle is fully baked.
Topping
On the side add cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl and melted butter in another bowl.
After the muffins have cooled, dip the tops of the muffins into the butter and sprinkle your cinnamon sugar on top.
