Place your chocolate with solid coconut oil in a glass bowl and melt it using a double boiler method or microwave (30-second increments until mellted).
Add anything you want to your chocolate mixtuer
Pour your chocolate into your lollipop molds and move very carefully until spots are filled to the top.
Add your lollipop sticks in the stick space of the mold and turn your lollipop stick 360 degrees to fully incorporate the stick in the chocolate mixture.
Add any toppings if you like.
Put lollipop filled mold tray in the freezer for at least 10 to 15 minutes or until you have solid chocolate.
