Instructions
Place the container or bowl on your scale and measure out the flour.
Then add the salt, warm water, active dry yeast to the flour and mix until combined.
Place your mixture in a warm place and cover it with a towel or lightly place a top on it.
Wait till the dough has doubled in size, or reaches the tip of your container, take it out & cut it in two.
Shape the dough of your liking, artisan round shape and cover the dough till it doubles in size.
After tough doubled in size, cut 4 slits in a the middle of dough
If you’re making artisan-shaped bread, place the dough in a dutch oven, preheating the oven to 500° degrees with dutch oven inside the oven
With dutch oven top on bake for 25 minutes and another 5 minutes with the dutch oven top off to give the bread a nice golden brown look.
