Start by cutting a whole cauliflower head in half or fourths & preheat your oven to 400 Degrees.
Take your big cauliflower cuts and start grating it or out put it in a food processor for quick grating.
Take half of your grated cauliflower into a big saucepan. Do not put anything in the pan and go ahead and place the cauliflower into the pan to dry it up a little. Keep stirring cauliflower for about 5 minutes or until you see some of it trying to stick on the pan. We don’t want it all to stick, we just want it to dry it up little it. Remember it won’t be completely dry, so it will still be little damp. After your done with one half, then do the other half.
Place all the cauliflower on a plate to cool a bit, we don’t want it to be to hot when we start the mixing part. Let it cool for about 3-5 minutes. As long as it isn’t hot to touch you should be good to go!
After the cauliflower has cooled a little add already mixed eggs, cheese, spices and mix it all together to start forming the dough.
Place the dough onto parchment paper that’s on a big baking sheet pan and start spreading/shaping. I try to shape my crust not to think or thin, at last ½ inch or so.
Bake crust at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
When done, have the pizza crust cool a little before you place it on a new sheet of parchment paper to start making you pizza of your choice
